This policy explains what information RoamWork Technologies collects when you visit this website or use our contact and quote forms, how that information is used, and the choices you have over it.
When you submit a contact or quote request, we collect the details you provide directly: your name, company, email address, phone number, and the message or project details you enter. For quote requests this also includes the service, budget range, and timeline you select.
If you accept analytics cookies, we also collect aggregated usage data through Google Analytics 4: pages visited, approximate location at country or city level, device and browser type, and interactions such as clicking a quote or WhatsApp button. This data is not used to identify you personally.
If you decline, no analytics cookies are set and no usage data is collected. The site works exactly the same either way.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
This site uses Google Analytics 4. Analytics cookies are only set after you accept them: nothing is loaded and no cookie is placed until you choose. You can change your decision at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer, which lets you withdraw consent as easily as you gave it.
A small number of strictly necessary items are always used, because the site cannot function without them. These include your theme preference and, if you sign in to the admin dashboard, a session cookie. These are not used for tracking or advertising.
We use a small number of third parties to run this site. Form submissions are stored in a database hosted by Supabase, notification emails are delivered by Resend, the site is hosted on Vercel, and analytics are provided by Google. Each processes data only to provide their service to us.
Contact and quote form submissions are retained as long as reasonably needed to respond to your enquiry or for the duration of a client relationship, after which they may be archived or deleted. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics’ standard retention period.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, or similar laws. These generally include the right to:

This site is intended for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
