These terms govern your use of this website and any project engagement with RoamWork Technologies. By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to the terms below.
The content on this site is provided for general information about our services. We aim to keep it accurate and up to date, but we don’t guarantee it’s free of errors at all times.
Specific project scope, deliverables, timelines and pricing are agreed separately in a written proposal or contract before any paid work begins. These terms don’t replace that agreement; where the two conflict, the signed project agreement governs.
Unless otherwise agreed in a project contract, ownership of final deliverables (code, designs) transfers to the client upon full payment. Pre-existing tools, frameworks, and internal libraries we use across projects remain our property.
We build to the best of our ability against agreed specifications, but we don’t guarantee specific business outcomes such as search rankings, sales, or conversion rates, since those depend on many factors outside our control.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
